BearingPoint is looking for an experienced Microsoft professional to help build and grow our Enterprise Microsoft Transformation (EMT) business in Sweden. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will help clients realize the value of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure AI and Modern Work, while contributing to the growth of our Microsoft business in Sweden. Your role

As a Consultant, you will help clients accelerate their business transformation through Microsoft's technology ecosystem, with a focus on Modern Workplace and Data, AI & Infrastructure.

You will work closely with clients throughout the entire transformation journey, from strategy and roadmap definition to solution design, project leadership, implementation, adoption and value realization. You will lead workshops, manage client engagements and help deliver measurable business outcomes through Microsoft technologies.

As EMT continues to grow in Sweden, you will contribute to business development, offering development and go-to-market initiatives, while collaborating closely with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues across the Nordics and Europe.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree and/or substantial professional experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.

• 5-10+ years of experience within Microsoft technologies, AI, cloud or digital transformation.

• Expertise in one or more areas within Modern Workplace or Data, AI & Infrastructure, such as Microsoft 365 & Copilot, Modern Work, Azure AI, Data & AI, Power Platform or Cloud technologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Security, Compliance and Purview capabilities is considered an advantage.

• Ability to combine business understanding with technology expertise and turn opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

• Experience advising clients, leading workshops and driving transformation initiatives, supported by strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT.

• Experience with solution architecture, governance, adoption, change management and enterprise transformation.

• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development, client relationship management and contributing to the growth of BearingPoint's Microsoft business, offerings and EMT capabilities in Sweden.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
